  WB analysis using 83509-5-RR (same clone as 83509-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83509-5-RR (FBXO38 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83509-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83509-5-RR (same clone as 83509-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using FBXO38 antibody (83509-5-RR, Clone: 240513A4 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83509-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83509-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83509-5-RR against Human FBXO38 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.233 nM.

Informations générales

F-box-containing protein 38 (FBXO38), a member of the F-box family, was initially discovered as a co-activator of the transcription factor Krüppel-like factor 7 (KLF7) (PMID: 14729953). FBXO38 acts as a substrate-binding receptor for multi-subunit ubiquitin ligase SKP1-CUL1-FBXO38 (PMID: 35769260) . FBXO38 is an E3 ligase of PD-1 that mediates Lys48-linked poly-ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome degradation (PMID: 30487606).
