  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82857-2-RR (FBXO44 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82857-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using FBXO44 antibody (82857-2-RR, Clone: 230229G7 ) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82857-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 82857-2-RR (same clone as 82857-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FBXO44 Recombinant antibody (82857-2-RR, Clone:230229G7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82857-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82857-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82857-2-RR against Human FBXO44 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.134 nM.

Informations générales

FBXO44 is a member of the F-box protein family that shares a function as substrate recognition factors for the SKP1-CUL1-F-box (SCF)-type ubiquitin ligase. Several human FBXs (FBXO2, FBXO6, FBXO17, FBXO27, and FBXO44) share a conserved G domain (also known as FBA domain), which is responsible for recognizing N-glycan moieties by most FBXs in this group except FBXO44.
