  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FEM1B Recombinant antibody (83810-1-RR, Clone:240607D8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

FEM1B, also named F1AA and KIAA0396, belongs to the fem-1 family. FEM1B is a component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, in which it may act as a substrate recognition subunit. FEM1B is involved in apoptosis by acting as a death receptor-associated protein that mediates apoptosis. It is involved in glucose homeostasis in pancreatic islets.
