  FC experiment of human PBMCs using FITC-65208

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug FITC Plus Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (FITC-65208, Clone: C1.18.4) (red), or FITC Plus Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
