  WB analysis using 28301-1-AP (same clone as 28301-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28301-1-AP (FOXJ2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28301-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Fork head box J2 (FOXJ2) is a transcription factor discovered in mammals and other vertebrates in 2000, which belongs to the Fork head box (Fox) transcription factor family, which shares a conserved DNA-binding domain, known as Fork Head. FOXJ2 participates in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration by targeting downstream genes through its DNA binding domain, and plays fundamental roles in embryonic development, tumorigenesis, and the progression of certain cancers. The expression patterns of FOXJ2 have been reported to be aberrant in a variety of cancers, including breast cancer, extra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, glioma, and non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 28769576, PMID: 33725831, PMID: 35908066). This antibody has been validated for knockdown.
