  WB analysis using 13671-1-AP (same clone as 13671-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13671-1-AP (GALNT6 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13671-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 13671-1-AP (same clone as 13671-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using GALNT6 antibody (13671-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-4). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13671-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

GALNT6 (polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 6, GalNAc-T6), which is involved in the initiation of O-glycosylation, has been reported to play crucial roles in mammary carcinogenesis through binding to several substrates (PMID: 32393740). GALNT6 is upregulated in breast, ovarian, renal cell, lung and pancreatic cancers (PMID: 20215525). Overexpression of GRP78 could enhance Golgi-to-ER relocation of GALNT6 (PMID: 28110670).
