  WB analysis using 83577-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83577-4-RR (GAR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of K562 using 83577-4-RR

  1x10^6 K562 were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug GAR1 Recombinant antibody (83577-4-RR, Clone:240537A2) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.2 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83577-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83577-4-RR against Human GAR1 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.18 nM.

Informations générales

GAR1, other named NOLA1, is a subunit of H/ACA and telomerase. Thought is not required for H/ACA protein assembly, GAR1 is necessary for ribosome biogenesis and telomere. H/ACA involves in class specify the sites of uridine-to-pseudouridine. It contains a core domain that flanked by glycine- and arginine-rich(GAR) domains. GAR1 also required for correct processing or intranuclear trafficking of TERC, the RNA component of the telomerase reverse transciptase(TERT) holoenzyme.
