  WB analysis using 29847-1-AP (same clone as 29847-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 29847-1-AP (GARNL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 29847-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 29847-1-AP (same clone as 29847-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using GARNL1 antibody (29847-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red).
