  WB analysis of HeLa using 83699-4-RR (same clone as 83699-4-PBS)

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83699-4-RR (GBP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83699-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83699-4-RR (same clone as 83699-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GBP4 Recombinant antibody (83699-4-RR, Clone:240730H5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83699-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83699-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83699-4-RR against Human GBP4 were performed. The affinity constant is 11.6 pM.

Informations générales

Guanylate-binding protein 4 (GBP4) is an IFN-inducible GTPase that belongs to the GB1/RHD3 GTPase family. GBP4 plays important roles in innate immunity against a diverse range of bacterial, viral and protozoan pathogens. GBP4 negatively regulates the antiviral response by inhibiting activation of IRF7 transcription factor. The molecular weight of GBP4 is 73 kDa.
