  1X10^6 unstimulated (blue) or plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 stimulated (red) mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse GL7 (65261-1-Ig, Clone:GL-7) and FITC anti-rat IgM Antibody at dilution 1:100. Cells were not fixed.
