  WB analysis of human testis using 83584-3-RR

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83584-3-RR (GLIPR1L1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 83584-3-RR

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83584-3-RR (GLIPR1L1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of PC-3 using 83584-3-RR

  1x10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GLIPR1L1 Recombinant antibody (83584-3-RR, Clone:240594D10) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83584-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83584-3-RR against Human GLIPR1L1 were performed. The affinity constant is 6.77 nM.
