  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84818-5-RR (GOLIM4 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84818-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 84818-5-RR (same clone as 84818-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using GOLIM4 antibody (84818-5-RR, Clone: 242323F4 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CoraLite®594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84818-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U-2 OS using 84818-5-RR (same clone as 84818-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 U-2 OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GOLIM4 Recombinant antibody (84818-5-RR, Clone:242323F4) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84818-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84818-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84818-5-RR against Human GOLIM4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.926 nM.

Informations générales

Golgi integral membrane protein 4 (GOLIM4) is a 130-kDa membrane protein that is integrated into the cis/medial Golgi apparatus, which is a kind II Golgi protein. GOLIM4 is a Golgi protein that circulates between Golgi apparatus and endosomes, and its shuttle is pH sensitive(PMID:30068697).
