  WB analysis using 84632-1-RR (same clone as 84632-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84632-1-RR (GPAA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84632-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84632-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84632-1-RR against Human GPAA1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.141 nM.

Informations générales

GPAA1(Glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor attachment 1 protein) is also named as GAA1. It is the most conspicuously hydrophobic of the known subunits of GPIT, and it may play a key role in substrate recognition. It is predicted to be a multispanning membrane protein of 67 kDa with seven transmembrane (TM) domains, a large lumenal domain between the first two TM segments, and a cytoplasmically oriented N terminus bearing a potential ER retrieval signal in the form of a diarginine motif(PMID:12052837).
