  WB analysis using 80006-1-RR (same clone as 80006-1-PBS)

  GST tagged protein, target band 42 kDa and degraded band 32 kDa, and other negative samples were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 80006-1-RR (GST Tag antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 80006-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

GST (Glutathione S-Transferase) is a widely used protein tag encoded by the Schistosoma japonicum. GST provides both an easily detectable tag and a simple purification process with little effect on the biological function of the protein of interest. Antibodies to GST are useful for checking protein expression both in plaques and on western blots as well as for immunoaffinity purification of proteins expressed in cells. This antibody is a Rabbit recombinant antibody to GST tag.
