  WB analysis using 85954-2-RR (same clone as 85954-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85954-2-RR (GSTA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85954-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 85954-2-RR (same clone as 85954-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using GSTA4 antibody (85954-2-RR, Clone: 250352E2 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85954-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85954-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85954-2-RR against Human GSTA4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.489 nM.
