  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed Transfected HEK-293 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 HA Tag antibody (CL488-81290, Clone: 6I21 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293 using CL488-81290

  1x10^6 Transfected HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated HA Tag Recombinant antibody (CL488-81290, Clone:6I21), and 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

The HA tag corresponds to amino acid residues YPYDVPDYA of a surface glycoprotein -human influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA). The HA tag is commonly used for a variety of research applications including chromatin immunoprecipitation, ELISA, flow cytometry, western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence among of others.
