  1x10^6 Transfected HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®647-conjugated HA Tag Recombinant monoclonal antibody (CL647-81290, Clone:6I21), and 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (CL647-98136, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00017).

The HA tag corresponds to amino acid residues YPYDVPDYA of a surface glycoprotein -human influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA). The HA tag is commonly used for a variety of research applications including chromatin immunoprecipitation, ELISA, flow cytometry, western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence among of others.
