  WB analysis using 84482-4-RR (same clone as 84482-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84482-4-RR (HARBI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84482-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84482-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84482-4-RR against Human HARBI1 were performed. The affinity constant is 78.4 pM.

HARBI1, also named as harbinger transposase derived 1, is predicted to enable metal ion binding activity and nuclease activity. HARBI1 is predicted to be involved in nucleic acid phosphodiester bond hydrolysis. [provided by Alliance of Genome Resources, Apr 2022] In plants, HARBI1 genes have developed new cellular functions to benefit the host, certain HARBI1 genes in rice and Arabidopsis thaliana ( A. thaliana) have been reported to play critical roles in regulating plant growth and development.(PMID:37950159)
