  WB analysis of C6 using 82921-1-RR (same clone as 82921-1-PBS)

  C6 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82921-1-RR (HCRTR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82921-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82921-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82921-1-RR against Human HCRTR1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

The hypocretin receptor 1 (OX1R, also named HCRTR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor and is a critical participant in the regulation of motivated behavior (PMID:28971565). HCRTR1 is associated with the regulation of motivation, reward, and autonomic functions. HCRTR1 shows a selective binding affinity for HCRT1/orexin-A. Moreover, HCRTR1 and HCRTR2 share 64% sequence similarity in humans (PMID:34052813).
