  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 HDDC2 antibody (CL488-68391, Clone: 2E1B2 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-68391

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated HDDC2 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68391, Clone:2E1B2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

HDDC2, also named as C6orf74, plays a role in the maintenance of pluripotency in human ES and iPS cells. HDDC2 is a nuclear‐encoded but mitochondrially localized protein. It has been reported as associated with oxidative metabolism.
