Informations générales

HDGFRP3, also named as Hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 3 or HDGF2, is a 203 amino acid protein, which contains 1 PWWP domain and belongs to the HDGF family. HDGFRP3 detected in testis, heart, spinal cord and brain. HDGFRP3 as a nuclear potein enhances DNA synthesis and may play a role in cell proliferation. HDGFRP3 is a 30 kDa protein for phosphor modification.
