  WB analysis using 84918-5-RR (same clone as 84918-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84918-5-RR (HECTD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84918-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84918-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84918-5-RR against Human HECTD1 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.51 nM.

HECTD1 (E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase), which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates,may be required for development of the head mesenchyme and neural tube closure.It is also involved in sporadic Parkinson's disease(PMID:16714300).This antibody is specific to HECTD1.
