  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84952-5-RR (HERC4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84952-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 84952-5-RR (same clone as 84952-5-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 84952-5-RR (HERC4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84952-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84952-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84952-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84952-5-RR against Human HERC4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.51 nM.

Informations générales

HERC4, also known as HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 4, is a protein encoded by the HERC4 gene in humans. HERC4 is a novel member of HERC family. The mRNA of HERC4 has been found in all examined tissues, with its levels being significantly higher in the brain and testis than in the placenta and heart. (PMID: 28430527)
