  WB analysis using 15679-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15679-1-AP (HEYL antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

•

Informations générales

HEYL, also named as Hairy/enhancer-of-split related with YRPW motif-like protein, is a 328 amino acid protein, which belongs to the HEY family. HEYL as downstream effector of Notch signaling may be required for cardiovascular development. HEYL represses transcription by the cardiac transcriptional activators GATA4 and GATA6.
