Informations générales

HNRNPA0 belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.

hnrnpa0 has many subtypes and thus got two bands, I think it is acceptable. Antibody quality is prety good.
