HNRNPA3 also named as hnRNP A3 or heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A3 is a 378 amino acid protein, which contains 2 RRM domains and localizes in nucleus. HNRNPA3 is a component of the spliceosome C complex and play a role in cytoplasmic trafficking of RNA. Binds to the cis-acting response element.
