  WB analysis using 85422-1-RR (same clone as 85422-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85422-1-RR (HNRNPM antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85422-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 85422-1-RR (same clone as 85422-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HNRNPM antibody (85422-1-RR, Clone: 242883C3 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85422-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

HNRNPM, also named as NAGR1, is a 730 amino acid protein, which localizes in nucleus. HNRNPM as a pre-mRNA binding protein in vivo, binds avidly to poly(G) and poly(U) RNA homopolymers in vitro. HNRNPM is Involved in splicing. HNRNPM acts as a receptor for carcinoembryonic antigen in Kupffer cells, may initiate a series of signaling events leading to tyrosine phosphorylation of proteins and induction of IL-1 alpha, IL-6, IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor alpha cytokines. HNRNPM exists three isoforms MW range form 73 kDa and 77 kDa.
