  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84964-4-RR (HNRNPU antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84964-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 84964-4-RR (same clone as 84964-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HNRNPU Recombinant antibody (84964-4-RR, Clone:242609C9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84964-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

HNRNPU, also named as HNRPU, SAFA, and U21.1, is a 825 amino acid protein, which is extensively phosphorylated. HNRNPU as a component of ribonucleosomes localized in cytoplasmic mRNP granules containing untranslated mRNAs. HNRNPU is a component of the CRD-mediated complex that promotes MYC mRNA stabilization. HNRNPU Plays a role in the circadian regulation of the core clock component ARNTL/BMAL1 transcription. The calculated molecular weight of HNRNPU is 90 kDa, but the 120 kDa HNRNPU protein is an abundant nucleoplasmic phosphoprotein that can be crosslinked to pre-mRNA in intact cells by UV light (PMID: 1628625).
