  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83983-5-RR (HSPC159 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83983-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83983-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83983-5-RR against Human HSPC159 were performed. The affinity constant is 28 nM.

HSPC159 is a novel human galectin‐related protein (also known as GRP) that is mapped to human chromosome 2p13. The HSPC159 gene was originally deduced by partial sequence alignment and confirmed by a full‐length sequence for an mRNA isolated from CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells.
