  WB analysis using 12038-1-AP (same clone as 12038-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12038-1-AP (HURP antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 12038-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 12038-1-AP (same clone as 12038-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HEK-293 cells using 12038-1-AP (HURP antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Informations générales

DLGAP5, also named as DAP 5 or DLG7, is a kinetochore protein that stabilizes microtubules in vicinity of chromosomes. DLG7 controls spindle dynamics, promotes interkinetochore tension and efficient kinetochore capture. DGL7 is a part of Ran-dependent complex. Expression of DGL7 is found in cancer and stem cells. DLGAP5 contributes to hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis by promoting cell proliferation (PMID: 24324629).
