  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug IARS2 Recombinant antibody (84764-3-RR, Clone:242219C5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84764-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84764-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84764-3-RR against Human IARS2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.469 nM.

Informations générales

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAS, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. Two forms of isoleucine-tRNA synthetase exist, a cytoplasmic form and a mitochondrial form. This gene encodes the mitochondrial isoleucine-tRNA synthetase which belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family.
