  FC experiment of U-937 using 98067-1-RR (same clone as 98067-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U-937 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IFNAR1 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98067-1-RR, Clone:230549B1) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98067-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98067-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98067-1-RR against Human IFNAR1 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.15 nM.

Informations générales

Interferon alpha and beta receptor subunit 1 (IFNAR1) is a type I membrane protein that associates with IFNAR2 to form the receptor for type I interferons, including interferons-alpha, -beta, and -lambda. Binding and activation of the receptor stimulates Janus protein kinases, which in turn phosphorylate several proteins, including STAT1 and STAT2, and then increase transcription of the IFN-induced genes whose products exert antiviral, immunomodulatory, and antiproliferative effects.
