  WB analysis using 10522-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10522-1-AP (IFNAR2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 10522-1-AP

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug IFNAR2 Polyclonal antibody (10522-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.8 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

The antibody detected a band around 70 kD at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 2 hour followed by secondary antibody donkey-anti-rabbit (Alexa Fluor 800) at 1:20000 dilution, incubated for 1 hour at room temperature.
