  WB analysis using 68470-1-Ig (same clone as 68470-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68470-1-Ig (IGF2BP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68470-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

IGF2BP3, also named as IMP3, KOC1 and VICKZ3, belongs to the RRM IMP/VICKZ family. It is one of the RNA binding proteins involved in mRNA localization and translational control. IGF2BP3 is expressed during embryogenesis, as well as in some malignant tumors. It can be used as an independent prognostic factor for osteosarcoma.
