  Sample test of MP50035-1

  Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 1 day or 5 days. For the PBMC supernatant cultured for 1 day, the mean IL-10 concentration was determined to be 431.4 pg/mL in unstimulated PBMC supernatant, 1,534.2 pg/mL in PHA stimulated PBMC supernatant. For the PBMC supernatant cultured for 5 days, the mean IL-10 concentration was determined to be 225.9 pg/mL in unstimulated PBMC supernatant, 634.8 pg/mL in PHA stimulated PBMC supernatant.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 69018-2-Ig

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 69018-2-Ig against Human IL-10 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.426 nM.
