  FC experiment of Transfected CHO using 98512-2-RR (same clone as 98512-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 CHO cells or IL-20RA-transfected CHO cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-20RA Rabbit RecAb (98512-2-RR, Clone: 250321B10) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98512-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Interleukin 20 receptor subunit alpha (IL-20RA) belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. Upon binding to its ligands, such as interleukin (IL)-19, IL-20, and IL-24, IL-20RA can form a functional heterodimeric receptor with IL-20RB. IL-26, another IL-20RA ligand, requires IL-20RA and interleukin 10 receptor subunit beta (IL-10RB) for signaling (PMID: 25421700; 11163236; 15178681).
