  WB analysis using 30161-1-AP (same clone as 30161-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30161-1-AP (IPMK antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30161-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

IPMK plays an important role in MLKL-mediated necroptosis via its role in the biosynthesis of inositol pentakisphosphate (InsP5) and inositol hexakisphosphate (InsP6). It is required for normal embryonic development, probably via its role in the biosynthesis of inositol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisphosphate (Ins(1,3,4,5,6)P5) and inositol hexakisphosphate (InsP6).
