  WB analysis using 85072-5-RR (same clone as 85072-5-PBS)

  IFN alpha treated and untreated Jurkat cell lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85072-5-RR (IRF7 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85072-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 85072-5-RR (same clone as 85072-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug IRF7 Recombinant antibody (85072-5-RR, Clone:242613C2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85072-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85072-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85072-5-RR against Human IRF7 were performed. The affinity constant is 13.1 pM.

Informations générales

IRF-7 (IFN regulatory factor 7) is a member of the IFN regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. IRF-7 has been shown to play a role in the transcriptional activation of virus-inducible cellular proteins, including IFN beta chain proteins. Inducible expression of IRF-7 is largely restricted to lymphoid tissue. Four transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms (A,B,C and D) have been identified for this (PMID:9786932).The active IRF7A exists as a dimer form ~80 kDa(PMID:11073981). The MW 67-70 kDa has been reported in some papers (PMID:9786932; 22951831).Various posttranslational modifications of IRF7 including phosphorylation, ubiquitination, sumoylation and acetylation are identified (PMID:22951831).
