  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (PIP) (CL488-65210, Clone: PIP) (red), or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Mouse CD48 (HM48-1) (CL488-65227, Clone: HM48-1) (green) or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed.
