  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65208-1-Ig

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (65208-1-Ig, Clone:C1.18.4) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or Anti-Human CD3 (Hit3a) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.

The C1.18.4 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The C.1.18.4 immunolglobulin has an unknown binding specificity and is used as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies. This antibody has been quality-tested for flow cytometry as negative control.
