  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65571-1-MR (same clone as 65571-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (MOPC-173) Recombinant Antibody (65571-1-MR, Clone:MOPC-173) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (MOPC-173) (65244-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-173) (blue), or 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD8 (UCHT4) (65204-1-Ig, Clone: UCHT4)(green). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65571-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
