  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug APC Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (APC-65208, Clone:C1.18.4) (red), unstained (blue), or APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) (green). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were not gated.
