  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65128-1-Ig

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (65128-1-Ig, Clone:MPC-11) (blue), or Anti-Human CD4 (red) followed by CoraLite®594-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 or unstained (black). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
