  FC experiment of mouse peripheral blood platelets using 98516-2-RR (same clone as 98516-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 mouse peripheral blood platelets were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse JAM-A/CD321 Rabbit RecAb (98516-2-RR, Clone: 250060G10) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98516-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Junctional adhesion molecule A (JAM-A), also known as CD321 or F11 receptor (F11R), is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell adhesion molecules. JAM-A is present in epithelial cells, endothelial cells, leukocytes, and blood platelets. JAM-A participates in regulating various biological processes, as diverse as paracellular permeability, tight junction formation and maintenance, leukocyte transendothelial migration, epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis, reovirus binding, and platelet activation.
