  WB analysis using 83134-6-RR

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83134-6-RR (JUND antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 83134-6-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using JUND antibody (83134-6-RR, Clone: 230457A4 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of A431 using 83134-6-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug JUND Recombinant antibody (83134-6-RR, Clone:230457A4) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

• 

  ChIP experiment of HCT 116 using 83134-6-RR

  Chromatin was prepared from HCT 116 cells. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 20 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of JUND (83134-6-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR.
