  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-66575

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Kat2a/Gcn5 Monoclonal Antibody (CL488-66575, Clone:1F6G7)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
