  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 23271-1-AP (same clone as 23271-1-PBS)

  WB result of KCNN4 antibody (23271-1-AP, 1:4000) with si-control and si-KCNN4 transfected HEK293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23271-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using KCNN4 antibody (23271-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23271-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

The intermediate conductance calcium-activated potassium channel KCNN4, also known as KCa3.1, IK1, or SK4, is a member of the potassium channel KCNN family. KCNN4 is expressed in T cells, mast cells, macrophages, erythrocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells, airway smooth muscle cells, intestinal and airway epithelial cells (PMID: 19681865; 21493782). Functionally, KCNN4 plays a key role in calcium-dependent cell functions, such as proliferation, activation, and migration, in a broad range of cell types (PMID: 21493782).
