  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85386-1-RR (KHK antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85386-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Ketohexokinase catalyzes conversion of fructose to fructose-1-phosphate, it is the first enzyme with a specialized pathway that catabolizes dietary fructose. Fructose metabolism seems to provide cancer cells with the supplementary fuel required for proliferation and metastasis.
