  WB analysis using 85893-1-RR (same clone as 85893-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85893-1-RR (KLHL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85893-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 85893-1-RR (same clone as 85893-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using KLHL2 antibody (85893-1-RR, Clone: 250148G5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Informations générales

KLHL2 contains an SH3-binding domain in the N terminus and a POZ domain and 6 tandem repeats of approximately 50 amino acids each in the C terminus. In astrocytoma/glioblastoma cells, KLHL2 colocalized with actin filaments in the cytoskeleton remodeling regions in stress fibers and in patchy cortical actin-rich regions of the cell margins. In primary rat hippocampal neurons, it was highly expressed in the cell body and in neurite processes(PMID: 10397770).
