• 

  WB analysis of A2780 using 13336-1-AP

  A2780 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13336-1-AP (LENG8 antibody) at dilution of 1:1200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis using 13336-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13336-1-AP (LENG8 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 13336-1-AP

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug LENG8 Polyclonal antibody (13336-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
